The 100 Scope Notes Research Department (see: haphazard guessing) tells me that if you’re reading this, it’s quite likely that you’ve got ties to some sort of library. Be it public, school, or just a really big and obsessively organized shelf at home, libraries of all shapes and sizes serve an important purpose. We know that, similar to the “sensitive thugs” in Jay-Z’s hit “Heart of the City“, libraries all need hugs.

Be sure to take a look at “50 Ways to Love Your Library“, a PDF distributed by the fine north of the boarder-ers at the Saskatchewan School Library Association. The little booklet takes you through a school year month-by-month with tips for generating interest and improving service. It’ll have you scheming in no time.
