The Ranger’s Apprentice series is a big hit at the 5th/6th grade library where I work. With book 5 currently in stores and the series still chugging along, Penguin is doing something special to draw some new fans. It’s free ebook time. Similar to what they did with Savvy back in the golden days of July, The Ruins of Gorlan (Rangers Apprentice, Book 1) will be available to read for free until February 15th.
